We want every guest — at the counter or online — to feel welcome. We design and build the Expresso & Crème site to be usable by as many people as possible.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline and continually test improvements with assistive technologies and keyboard users.

Built-in accessibility features

Adjustable text size from 85% to 140%.
High contrast mode.
Light and dark themes.
Reduced motion option that disables non-essential animation.
Keyboard-navigable menus, dialogs, and forms.
Visible focus styles on interactive elements.
Semantic HTML and ARIA labels for icon-only controls.

Keyboard navigation

You can navigate the site entirely by keyboard. Use Tab to move forward, Shift + Tab to move backward, Enter or Space to activate, and Esc to close dialogs.

Screen reader compatibility

The site is tested with VoiceOver and NVDA on modern browsers. Form fields use labels, dynamic regions announce changes, and decorative imagery is marked as such.
